I had often wondered why foreign websites used latin urls. I find it interesting how worried Russians are about possible government censorship as a result — it’s certainly a justified concern. At the same time, it seems like people would favor a more mono-lingual environment. This really could cut Russia off from the rest of the Internet, simply because of being unable...
